This feasibility study for a mixed use residential-led development on the junction of Green Street and Hertford Street in Enfield brings together generous residential spaces and lush vegitated roof gardens.

The site contained multiple site ownerships of residential, community and retail uses. The client’s brief was to explore several schemes with varying scales of intervention that assessed the risks and benefits of each option.

The proposals aimed to provide 70 residential units, retain the existing retail space and re-imagine the community use on site so as to a direct engagement with the public.
